This probe gives a response time of less than one second and is therefore ideal for measuring the air temperatures in fridge's, freezers, chill cabinets and other appliances within food related industries. This probe also offers a one metre FEP lead. This probe dimensions 3.7x 30mm and it can reach a maximum temperature of 110°C.
