This particular probe has a diameter of 4.5mm, and length of 130mm. The probe is very rigid and it is also made from stainless steel. This makes the probe very strong and versatile, and therefore makes the application of measuring between packets or boxes of produce very easy due to these important properties. The maximum probe temperature is 250°C and is available in both type K and T version.
