ETI Meat Roasting Thermometer
This thermometer has been designed specifically for the catering industry, and it is ideal for measuring the temperature of roasted meat. This thermometer incorporates a 45mm dial with a pointed stainless steel probe with dimensions 4 x 105mm. This thermometer can indicate the temperature over the range of 0 to 120°C in 1°C divisions. To receive the most accurate temperature measurement, users should insert the thermometer into the thickest part of the meat/poultry. The thermometer dial is clearly marked for beef, lamb, pork and poultry.
