This instrument features a 3.5 x 120mm pointed stainless steel penetration probe. This thermometer can measure temperatures over the range of -49.9 to 199.9°C with a resolution of 0.1°C/°F. The pocket thermometer features three, easy to use buttons with a max/min °C/°F and on/off. The thermometer is supplied with a probe cover with a free protective silicone boot and protective probe cover that each incorporates a pocket clip and wall-mounting keyhole. This makes it ideal for use in dishwashers.
