c) All prizes are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
d) No cash alternative will be offered for any prizes.
e) Prizes can only be delivered to a valid UK address.
f) Gobovox reserves the right to disclose the winners Twitter handle.
g) The prize draw decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

i) Gobovox will contact and notify the winner via Direct Message to the winning Twitter handle. This will then require the winner to provide a delivery address.
j) In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, the winner fails to respond within 30 days to the Direct Message of his/her winning, such winning entrant shall be deemed to have forfeited his / her claim to the prize and Gobovox shall not have any obligation whatsoever to compensate the winning entrant in any way.
k) Gobovox reserve the right to request the winner to provide a written review of the Prize, if they should wish.
l) Gobovox reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify or suspend The Giveaway if, in its sole judgement, The Giveaway is not capable of being conducted as specified.
