Ohaus VALOR™ 2000 Compact Bench Scales - Stainless Steel Housing
This is the Ohaus Valor 2000 water resistant food scale which raises the bar and sets a new industry standard with the winning combination of durability and speed. It is available in both stainless steel and plastic housing designs and offers large LED front and rear displays. There is food safety and puncture resistant keypads which makes it the premium value scale for use in dry or washdown environments. This is the model which uses stainless steel housing.
It has a polycarbonate keypad which can endure contact with knives or sharp instruments used daily in demanding food preparation, processing and portioning applications. They are safe to use when weighing liquids in wet environments. It is NSF certified and has a flow-thru design which makes sure the scale remains clean and operational. There is less than half a second stabilization time which multiple operators can efficiently utilize one scale for the same job.
There is an auto-close power jack cover as well as a transportation handle. The display is a dual light emitting diode (LED) displays and has an up-front level indicator. It can be operated using either an AC adapter (included) or rechargeable battery (included).
