ETI Sous Vide Thermometer Kit
The Sous Vide kit contains a high accuracy Therma 1 thermometer, two Sous Vide needle probes (60x120mm), a water poof countdown timer, Sous Vide tape and a free tub of UniWipes. All of which is supplied in a free ABS carrying case.
Sous Vide is French for 'under vacuum', and has become a popular way to cook food in the professional industry. The food is cooked after being stored in airtight plastic bags, in a water bath for a longer time and at a lower temperature than normal.
