A 100mm x 100mm x 10mm Nylon block probe with internal thermocouple sensor and mini connection socket housed within the body of the probe.
- Measures 100mm x 100mm x 10mm
- Long response time - making it ideal for long term measurement
- Designed to have similar thermal characteristics as a pack of cold meat
- When placed within your cold storage environment the probe will accurately reflect the temperature of surrounding product
- Has two fixing holes, so it may be left cable-tied to your cold store
